Our commitment to you
We put our heart into every product we create. If something goes wrong — technically or otherwise — we will do everything in our power to make it right. You have our word.
No refunds on digital products
Because our products are digital files delivered instantly upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds once the download link has been issued. This is the nature of digital goods — unlike a physical product, a downloaded file cannot be returned.
We believe this is fair and standard practice for digital products. Every product page clearly describes what you are buying, so you always know exactly what you're getting before you pay.
But we will always fix it
If you experience any of the following, we will make it right — no questions asked:
- Your download link didn't arrive in your email
- The link expired before you could download
- The file is corrupted, incomplete, or won't open
- You received the wrong file
- A technical glitch prevented your download
- Any other issue that is our fault
In any of these situations, contact us immediately. We will resend your link, fix the file, or do whatever it takes to ensure you get exactly what you paid for. We take this seriously.
How to reach us
Email us at orders@designffective.com with your order details and a description of the issue. We respond within 24 hours.
You can also use the Resend download link option on our site if your link has expired — just enter your email and order details and we'll send a fresh link instantly.
Bottom line: We will never leave you stuck. If you paid for something and can't access it due to any technical issue on our end, we will make sure you get your files. That's a promise.
