1. Products

All products sold on Designffective are digital downloads. Upon successful payment, you will receive a secure download link via email. This link is valid for 30 days and allows up to 5 downloads.

2. License

Unless otherwise stated, all products are sold under a personal use license. You may use the product for personal and commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the product files with others.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Paddle. We never store your payment information. Prices are listed in USD. Your bank or card provider may apply conversion fees for international transactions.

4. Delivery

Download links are delivered to your email address immediately after payment confirmation. If you do not receive your link within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder or use the resend link option on our site.

5. Intellectual property

All products remain the intellectual property of Designffective. Purchase grants you a license to use the product, not ownership of the underlying files or designs.

6. Limitation of liability

Designffective is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
